How Mr.Ground Nut Cold Pressed Peanut oil – Classic Made?

At first, The purchased groundnut / peanuts are fed into De-Stoner to remove the stones from the peanuts.

Then selected peanuts are hand checked for quality. The qualified peanuts are let dried under sunlight  and stored in our ware house for production. This seeds are fed in to traditional cold press machine to extract oil.

This seed get crushed  and bonded by the help of cold press machine. The bond is happen between the seed by continuous pressure applied by the cold press and the moisture present in the seeds.

By using this processes the oil is extracted at below 40 degree Celsius from Groundnut seeds.

This extracted oils are fed into filter press to remove the fine particles from the oil. the filter press id made by a thick cotton cloth chamber. which removes tiny particles from the oil and gives clarity to oil.
